We are looking for a detail-orientated and effective Tally Billing Staff to join our finance and accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day billing operations, generating accurate invoices, and maintaining flawless financial records using Tally Prime

The ideal candidate will possess solid data entry skills, a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and a high level of accuracy to ensure smooth commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice Generation: Create, generate, and process sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and delivery challans accurately in Tally.
Data Entry: Enter and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Tax Compliance: Ensure all invoices comply with current tax regulations, including correct calculation of GST (CGST, SGST, IGST), TDS, and discounts.
Customer & Vendor Ledger Management: Regularly reconcile customer and vendor accounts to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital copies of financial documents, invoices, receipts, and shipping records for auditing purposes.
Reporting:



Assist the senior accountant by extracting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and billing reports from Tally.
Inventory Tracking: Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to verify stock levels before billing and record inventory movements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field or a minimum of Plus two .
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in billing, data entry, or bookkeeping.
Software Expertise: High proficiency in Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9 is mandatory. Positive command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Word.
Taxation Knowledge: Practical understanding of GST rules, e-way bills, and basic tax structures.
Attributes: High speed and accuracy in data entry, robust attention to detail, and good numerical ability.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding payment queries.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
