Business Development Support
Assist the Business Development team in day-to-day activities and coordination.
Support in maintaining records of clients, societies, prospects, meetings, and business prospects.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and other business development documents.
Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders on pending requirements and action points.

Documentation & Correspondence
Draft letters, notices, emails, meeting notes, and other official correspondence as required.
Prepare and maintain business development-related documents and records.
Ensure timely circulation and follow-up of letters and communications.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of correspondence and approvals.

Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate meetings with society members, committees, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
Schedule meetings,



prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents, and record action points.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on commitments and requirements.
Assist in maintaining qualified relationships with societies and other stakeholders.

Society Events & Activities
Assist in planning and coordinating society meetings, events, campaigns, and engagement activities.
Coordinate logistics, invitations, communication, vendors, and other arrangements for society events.
Liaise with society representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Maintain records and feedback relating to society events and engagement initiatives.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
