RESTAURANT MANAGER – PAN-ASIAN RESTAURANT

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Pan-Asian restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be a confident hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete daily operations of the restaurant.

Ensure smooth and effective lunch, dinner and peak-hour services.

Lead, train and motivate the restaurant service team.

Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams.

Monitor daily sales, operational costs and restaurant performance.

Drive revenue through effective upselling and service initiatives.

Manage staff rosters, attendance and discipline.

Monitor inventory, requisitions, wastage and stock control.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety and restaurant SOPs.





Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are well prepared for service.

Oversee restaurant ambience, cleanliness and overall presentation.

Assist in executing promotions, events and special dining experiences.

Prepare daily sales and operational reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

3–6 years of experience in restaurant management.

Experience in a Pan-Asian, Asian, fine-dining or premium casual-dining restaurant will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of restaurant service and operations.

Excellent leadership and people-management skills.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-volume operations and work under pressure.

Strong understanding of inventory, costing and basic financial controls.

Customer-oriented with a professional and positive approach.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic MS Office will be an advantage.
