Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support assembly and production operations of ozone systems. This is a hands-on shop floor role where you will work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure smooth and timely manufacturing.
What You Will Do
Assist in assembly of ozone generators, oxygen systems, and control panels
Support daily production activities as per production plan
Ensure availability of components, tools, and drawings before assembly
Follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and SOPs
Coordinate with quality team for testing and inspection
Maintain production records, job cards, and daily reports
Support basic testing and troubleshooting of systems
Ensure proper handling of components and avoid damages
Follow safety practices and maintain shop floor discipline (5S)
What We Are Looking For
Must have:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
Strong interest in manufacturing and assembly operations
Basic understanding of electrical wiring or mechanical assembly
Ability to read basic drawings or wiring diagrams
Willingness to work hands-on on the shop floor
Valuable to have:
Exposure to panel wiring, PLC basics, or industrial equipment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting
Awareness of quality and safety practices
Internship or project experience in manufacturing
