Entry Experts is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
You will be responsible for handling wedding-related enquiries, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable services, and maintaining consistent follow-ups throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand the client's wedding date, venue, requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain Entry Experts' services and recommend suitable options based on client needs.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Build strong and qualified relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution and client handover.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Events, Hospitality, Wedding Industry, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with good understanding of client needs.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
Basic knowledge of CRM/Google Sheets is an advantage.
Experience in the wedding or event industry will be preferred.
