Generate new business leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and business partners.
Promote the company’s PCD Pharma, Third-Party Manufacturing, and Pharma Products.
Explain product details, pricing, schemes, and business opportunities to prospective customers.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product/business solutions.
Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, enquiries, and pending orders to convert them into sales.
Maintain and update lead and customer databases with accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth order processing.
Prepare and share quotations, product lists, price lists, and promotional material with customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and orders.




Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, competitors, and customer requirements.
Follow up for payments in coordination with the accounts team, wherever required.
Submit daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure qualified communication and timely response to all customer enquiries.
Perform other sales and business-development activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹18,587.04 - ₹40,957.42 per month
