Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Proforma Invoice (PI) Specialist with positive knowledge of the furniture and manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate PIs, checking order details, coordinating with sales, purchase, accounts, and production teams, and ensuring timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PIs) as per client requirements and confirmed orders.
Check product details, quantities, rates, discounts, taxes, and payment terms before preparing PIs.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Verify customer details, GST details, billing and shipping addresses.
Prepare revised PIs whenever there are changes in quantity, pricing, or specifications.
Maintain proper records of all PIs and related documents.




Follow up with the concerned team for order confirmation and payment status.
Maintain proper documentation and reports related to customer orders.

Office Furniture
Furniture Manufacturing
Interior & Turnkey Projects
Manufacturing / Trading will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
Positive understanding of PI, quotation, sales order, invoice, GST, and payment terms.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
