We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchase Incharge to manage our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order processing, supplier follow-up, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities.
Identify and develop current vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Projects, and Accounts departments.
Monitor inventory levels and plan material purchases.
Maintain purchase records, vendor database,



and procurement documentation.
Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality and specifications.
Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally is preferred.
Robust negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial procurement is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
