Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end credit & operations for SME loans.
Conduct credit appraisal and ensure proper assessment of borrower eligibility.
Oversee loan processing, documentation, and timely disbursement.
Ensure adherence to credit policy, risk guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with field teams for customer onboarding and verification.
Review and validate group formation and SME processes.
Handle operational issues and ensure smooth branch functioning.
