Senior NPD Engineer;
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
Robust knowledge of mechanical design principles, CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Solid communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
Preferred Skills
Experience in the machinery/Machining industry
Background in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).
