Job Description
DECOINN – Shri Balaji Multi Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Godown Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations at Alamgir, Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day godown/warehouse operations.
Supervise loading and unloading of materials.
Maintain proper stock and inventory records.
Ensure secure and organized storage of products.
Monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and the office team.
Ensure timely dispatch of materials as instructed.
Check quantities and materials during receiving and dispatch.
Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline in the godown.
Supervise and manage godown workers.
Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Godown Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor preferred.
Experience in building materials, interior products, or related industries will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Alamgir, Ludhiana, Punjab
