Confident and qualified telephone manner
Good follow-up and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and communicate with customers/leads
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
Generate and qualify leads
Maintain regular follow-ups
Update call records and lead information
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up
