Position Name: Director – Client Services

Job Profile & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills while interacting with clients and internal teams.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and strategic account management.
Understand client business objectives, market challenges, and industry trends through regular research and analysis.
Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating closely with creative, strategy, planning, digital, and execution teams.
Possess solid knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, content, and media planning.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services across existing client accounts to drive business growth.
Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates, and commercials, and secure timely client approvals.
Map client organizations and key stakeholders to strengthen long-term partnerships and decision-making processes.
Maintain high attention to detail in communication, documentation, campaign execution, and reporting.




Present Eggfirst credentials and capabilities effectively to existing and prospective clients.
Ensure proper documentation of client discussions, approvals, estimates, briefs, and project archives.
Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution with a solution-oriented approach.
Lead client servicing teams, mentor team members, and ensure efficient workflow management.
