We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inquiries for our online school programs. The role involves calling prospective students and parents, sharing course information, answering queries, and supporting the admissions process
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and from the Customer provided database.
Handle inbound calls and respond to queries about courses, fees, enrollment, and schedules.
Explain program features, advantages, eligibility, and admission procedures clearly.
Follow up with leads regularly to support conversions into admissions.
Maintain call records, follow-up status, and lead details in the system or CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions or counseling team for smooth enrollment.
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM or lead-management tools.
Target-oriented, organized, and able to manage follow-ups effectively.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred for education-related calling roles.
Eligibility
Graduate preferred, though solid communication skills are often the main requirement.
Freshers can apply, prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
