Macro Global is a growing education and immigration consultancy providing services related to IELTS/PTE, study abroad, study visas, immigration, visitor visas, work permits, and air ticketing.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Moga.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients from the provided database.
Explain Macro Global’s education, immigration and related services clearly.
Understand clients’ requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Schedule counselling appointments for the counsellors.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Generate and qualify leads and help convert prospects into clients.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for smooth lead conversion.





Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or education/immigration industry experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome.
