Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
Understand GST and tax-compliance workflows and convert them into explicit product requirements.
Gather feedback from customers, sales, support, and internal teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify product prospects.
Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product specifications.
Work closely with UI/UX and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Coordinate product releases, testing, UAT, and rollout.
Monitor product adoption, usage, customer feedback, and key product metrics.
Identify product gaps and recommend improvements to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on changes in GST rules, e-invoicing, e-way bills, returns, reconciliation, and other tax-compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the sales and customer-success teams to support product demos, customer onboarding,



and complex customer requirements.
Manage multiple product initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, TaxTech, Accounting, ERP, or B2B software.
Strong understanding of GST and Indian tax-compliance processes.
Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to convert business/customer requirements into product specifications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum product development.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools, or similar platforms.
