Job Overview

Cybersoft and Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Network Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support and maintain network infrastructure across multiple project locations. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with networking technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
Configure, install, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability across multiple sites.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and configuration issues.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP services.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related support.
Implement network security policies and best practices.
Maintain technical documentation and network reports.
Provide remote and on-site support when required.

Required Skills




Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Cisco, MikroTik, HP, Juniper, or similar networking devices.
Understanding of network security and firewall management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Network Administration or Network Support.
CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
