We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing & Content Creator who can manage our social media presence and create engaging content to grow our brand.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable being a real blogger/content creator, including planning content, creating videos, editing reels, designing graphics, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance.

This is a hands-on role. The candidate should be able to independently create content and execute social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
Create engaging Reels, short videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
Perform video shooting and basic content production when required.
Edit videos professionally for Reels, Shorts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Create attractive graphics, posters, banners, offers, and social media creatives.
Plan monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
Work as a real blogger/content creator by creating original and engaging content around our services, customers, industry,



and brand.
Identify trending topics, viral content ideas, and social media trends.
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads.
Assist with Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing activities.
Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Suggest current marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Coordinate with the business and operations team to create promotional campaigns.
Respond to basic social media comments and messages when required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a startup, local business, service-based company, automobile industry, or technology company.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and blogger collaborations.
Basic knowledge of SEO and website marketing.
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing.
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
