Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 4–8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, integration, and support, with a valuable understanding of contingent workforce and services procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP Fieldglass solutions based on business requirements.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective Fieldglass solutions.
Configure Fieldglass modules, workflows, business rules, approval processes, and templates.
Work on Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement processes.
Configure supplier, worker, job posting, onboarding, timesheet, invoicing, and offboarding processes.
Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical/integration teams.




Work on integrations between SAP Fieldglass and external systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, HR systems, procurement platforms, and third-party applications.
Support integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor interfaces and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Prepare functional documentation, test cases, configuration documents, and user guides.
Coordinate with business users, vendors, suppliers, and offshore/onshore teams.
Participate in enhancement, rollout, and optimization projects.
Provide knowledge transfer and support to other team members.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
