Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience to support business requirements, process improvement, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and clients. The candidate should have positive analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process documents, workflows, and reports.
Coordinate with development, marketing, design, and management teams.
Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Convert business requirements into clear and actionable tasks.
Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
Track project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct basic data analysis and prepare management reports.
Identify gaps, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to the concerned team.




Support UK operations and understand UK client/business requirements.
Assist in testing and validating solutions against business requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills:
1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of BRD, FRD, workflows, and requirement gathering.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
Basic understanding of software development/project management processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Good attention to detail and ownership of assigned work.

Preferred:
Experience working with international/UK clients.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Basic knowledge of Jira, Trello, or similar project-management tools.
Exposure to AI-based tools and business automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
