Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the corporate insurance segment.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and business partners.
Understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, renewals, and policy documentation.
Handle the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and closure.
Follow up on leads, proposals, renewals, and prospective business opportunities.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business updates to management.
Work closely with the operations and servicing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products to existing corporate clients.
Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and developments in the insurance industry.
Ensure professional and timely communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in business development/sales, preferably in insurance broking, corporate insurance, employee perks, or financial services.
Experience in dealing with corporate/SME clients will be an advantage.
Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
