The Business Analyst will be a key member of the team, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, analyze current processes, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand stakeholder needs.

Develop and maintain business process models (BPMs) and user stories.

Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and recommend solutions to optimize business processes.

Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Develop and maintain business documentation.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
