About the Role

Biofrost is looking for a Content & Social Media Intern who is confident on camera, creative behind it, and genuinely interested in how content drives sales. This is a hands-on, field-based role you will be out shooting, coordinating with creators and customers, and publishing content across platforms. Shoot planning and direction are handled by our team; execution is yours. All equipment (camera, mic, lighting and other production assets) is provided by the company.

Responsibilities
Shoot brand videos on location and in-studio as per the shoot plan provided by the team
Shoot and coordinate customer testimonial videos end-to-end
Appear on camera for brand content when required
Connect and coordinate with creators for barter collaborations
Collect, manage, and organise customer reviews
Create content for Instagram and other social platforms
Own distribution and posting of content across multiple platforms




Contribute fresh content ideas aligned with brand and performance goals

Requirements
Confident and comfortable on camera
Prior experience as a content creator (personal or skilled) preferred
Able to shoot independently and travel locally for shoots
Working knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content formats
Solid communication and coordination skills
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
