Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Prepare monthly/weekly marketing plans and targets.

Identify target customers and suitable marketing channels.

Lead Generation

Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, portals, and offline campaigns.

Monitor lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates.

Explore recent lead-generation prospects.

Sales Team Coordination

Coordinate closely with the sales and telecalling teams.

Distribute and monitor leads.

Track follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions.

Digital Marketing

Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Plan campaigns, creatives, videos, reels, and promotional content.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets.

Project Branding & Promotion

Develop project branding, brochures, banners, hoardings, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Highlight project features such as location, approvals, amenities, pricing, and connectivity.

Budget Management

Prepare and manage marketing budgets.





Track advertising expenses and ROI.

Ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Study competitor projects, pricing, offers, locations, and marketing strategies.

Track market trends and customer preferences.

Recommend suitable pricing and promotional strategies to management.

Events & Site Visit Promotion

Plan property expos, customer events, launch events, and site-visit campaigns.

Coordinate promotional activities to increase site visits and bookings.

Performance Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.

Track leads → calls → site visits → bookings → sales.

Present campaign performance and recommendations to management.

Team Management

Lead and motivate the marketing team.

Set targets and review individual/team performance.

Train team members on lead generation and project communication.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹56,703.21 per month
