Business Development Manager – Ayurvedic PCD & Franchise

Karma Ayurveda is looking for a Business Development Manager to handle business development activities for our Ayurvedic and herbal products, including PCD and franchise opportunities.

The role involves generating and managing leads, connecting with potential distributors and franchise partners, explaining products and business opportunities, following up with prospects, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential PCD franchise partners and distributors.
Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and market research.
Explain Ayurvedic and herbal products, pricing, and business opportunities to clients.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain relationships with recent and existing business partners.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding quotations, orders, product availability, and dispatch.




Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Work towards monthly business development and sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Ayurvedic PCD, herbal products, pharma PCD, sales, or business development.
Knowledge of Ayurvedic and herbal products.
Positive communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and business conversion.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience or educational background in Ayurveda or Pharma will be an advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
