Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good pronunciation and a neutral/clear accent suitable for US customers.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in US telecalling, international BPO, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with solid English communication skills can also apply.
