Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the guest experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate guest records and reports.
Uphold the hotel's service standards and hospitality etiquette.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Hindi language proficiency preferred.
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills.
Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
