We are looking for a professional and experienced Reservation Executive to manage bookings at our luxury property, Raga on the Ganges, in Byasi, Rishikesh. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in hotel reservations, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels (OTAs).
Maintain and update room inventory on property management systems (PMS) and channel managers.
Coordinate with the sales and front office teams to optimize room occupancy.
Process reservation confirmations, billing, and advance deposits accurately.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of active experience in hotel/resort reservations.
Joining: Immediate joiners only.
Skills: Hands-on experience with OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, etc.) and Channel Managers.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English and Hindi.
