Hiring: Certified OP Coder

Location: Perungalathur, Chennai – Office-based

Experience: 1–2+ years

Coding Experience: US or UAE Healthcare Coding

We are looking for a Certified OP Coding Associate to join our healthcare RCM team in Perungalathur, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate Outpatient (OP) medical coding based on clinical documentation.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as applicable.
Review medical records and ensure coding accuracy and completeness.
Follow established coding guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.
Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
Stay updated on coding guidelines and regulatory changes.

Requirements
1–2+ years of hands-on US or UAE medical coding experience.




Valid medical coding certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent.
Candidates should be versatile for rotational shifts. (Morning, Evening & Night)
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding.
Experience in Outpatient (OP) coding is mandatory.
Positive understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work from the Perungalathur, Chennai office.

Duty Day and Timings:

5 days duty with 2 days off. Daily duty will be 9 hours.
