Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.

Maintain candidate and recruitment records.

Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

0–1 year of experience in HR/recruitment.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work from office.
