Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place
Assist in cooking, plating & food presentation
Follow standard recipes and portion sizes
Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation
Minimize food wastage
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food preparation & cooking
Hotel Management / Culinary course preferred
Positive teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
