We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to strengthen our dealership’s after‑sales service and customer engagement. The role involves building long‑term customer relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and supporting dealership growth through effective communication and follow‑ups.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and support.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer records, service history, and follow‑up schedules.
Conduct regular telephonic and in‑person follow‑ups to improve customer retention.
Promote dealership services, AMC packages, and loyalty programs.
Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction, complaints resolved, and retention metrics.
Support dealership events, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Automobile).
2–5 years of experience in customer service or relationship management (automobile industry preferred).
Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and maintain service quality.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
