DCDP – Continental & Italian
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Continental & Italian dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Assist CDP/Sous Chef during kitchen operations.
Guide Commis chefs when required.
Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage.
Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Continental & Italian cuisine.
Positive knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
