Critical Care Nurse

Job Location: Batra Heart & Multispeciality Hospital, Faridabad
Department: Critical Care / ICU
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ICU/Critical Care preferred
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/CCU.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation, and overall clinical condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures, resuscitation, intubation, central line insertion, and other critical care interventions.
Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and syringe pumps.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Identify changes in patients’ condition and promptly inform the concerned doctor and senior nursing staff.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control, patient safety,



biomedical waste management, and hospital policies.
Participate in emergency and Code Blue situations as per hospital protocol.
Provide appropriate support and communication to patients and their attendants.
Maintain proper handover at the beginning and end of every shift.
Comply with hospital quality standards and NABH guidelines.

Required Skills:
Robust clinical and critical care nursing skills.
Knowledge of ventilator management and emergency care.
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and skilled ethics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
