Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided database or lead list.
Introduce and explain company products or services to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
Understand customer needs and identify sales prospects through effective questioning and active listening.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues,



and overcome objections professionally and persuasively.
Record detailed information about customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and follow-up.
Provide feedback to management on customer reactions, market trends, and product improvements.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives when a direct sale is not possible.
