Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Make fresh fruit juices, vegetable juices, smoothies, shakes, and specialty drinks (like faloodas or mocktails) following standard recipes.
Preparation Work: Wash, peel, core, and chop fresh fruits and vegetables.
Station Cleanliness: Clean, sanitize, and maintain all equipment—including juicers, blenders, and cutting boards—after every shift.
Inventory Management: Check stock levels of fruits, milk, ice, and syrups; report shortages and manage ingredients to prevent waste.
Quality & Safety: Follow strict food safety and hygiene rules to ensure high quality and excellent taste in every order.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in a juice bar, cafe, or restaurant kitchen.
Knowledge: Good understanding of fruit combinations, food safety standards (HACCP), and kitchen hygiene.
Physical Ability: Able to stand for long hours and work quickly in a quick-paced setting.
Soft Skills: Friendly attitude, good teamwork, and clean personal presentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
