Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with working knowledge of SAP PR2 to handle warehouse operations in the seed industry. This role involves managing stock flow, handling invoices, ensuring accurate data entry, and supervising distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day inward and outward movement of seed stock
Maintain and update inventory records accurately using SAP PR2
Receive and verify stock details and invoices for dispatch
Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials in the warehouse
Maintain hygiene, safety, and organized storage space
Monitor stock movement and maintain daily reports
Supervise and support warehouse staff during loading/unloading and dispatch
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain lot traceability

Qualification:




2–5 years of experience in warehouse handling (preferably in seeds, agri-inputs, or FMCG)
Hands-on experience working with SAP PR2
Familiar with invoicing, dispatch documentation, and warehouse processes
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities
Positive communication and team management skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
