Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-orientated Hexecutiveve with strong recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (90%)
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Manage offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.




Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Achieve recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

HR Operations (10%)
Support onboarding and document collection.
Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
Assist in HR reporting and recruitment MIS.

Required Skills
2–4 years of recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and other job portals.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiner preferred.
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
