The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers, have valuable communication skills, and be comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
Introduce HasoTechnology's CRM and business management solutions.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Explain product features, advantages, and business benefits clearly.
Qualify leads based on business needs and interest.
Schedule product demos for interested prospects.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to move qualified leads toward closure.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospects.
Requirements
Positive verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Ability to communicate with business owners and professionals.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn CRM and software products.
