Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist - Lending to support the distribution of supply chain finance loans to distributors . You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey just by guiding them from loan inquiry to activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and connect with customers through outbound calls.
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely approvals.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement and provide post-sales support.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sales.
Customer-focused with valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
