Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Officer - CAT Axis to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and process customer claims in accordance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of claims to determine eligibility and ensure fair handling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve claims processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of claims and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations on claims trends and performance metrics.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in claims processing and best practices.
Stay updated on industry changes and insurers' practices to maintain skilled expertise.
