Business Development Manager – Office Fit-Outs

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive current business for office interior fit-out and design-build projects. The ideal candidate should have strong corporate connections and experience in commercial interiors, workplace solutions, construction, or commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for office fit-out and turnkey projects.
Build relationships with corporates, MNCs, GCCs, developers, IPCs, PMCs, architects, and consultants.
Identify upcoming office expansion, relocation, and fit-out opportunities.
Meet clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, RFQs/RFPs, and tenders.




Negotiate commercials and support deal closure.
Maintain a solid sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Develop long-term client and channel partner relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
Experience in Office Interiors, Fit-Outs, Design & Build, Workplace Solutions, Construction, or Commercial Real Estate.
Solid corporate/client network and proven business development track record.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of office fit-out projects and commercial proposals.
Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
