About Us

Paperloft Design Institute is an industry-focused interior design institute committed to preparing students with practical skills and real-world exposure. We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Academic Counsellor who can guide aspiring students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online meetings.
Understand students’ career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Represent Paperloft Design Institute professionally at education fairs and promotional events when required.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, inside sales, EdTech, or education sales.
Freshers with outstanding communication and sales skills may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage).
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
