About the Role
AVG Modulars is looking for a skilled and responsible Edge Band Operator to operate and maintain edge banding machinery and ensure quality finishing of modular furniture components.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the edge banding machine efficiently and safely.
Perform edge banding on MDF, plywood, and other modular furniture panels.
Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of edges.
Check materials and finished panels for defects.
Carry out basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
Follow production schedules and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of work.
Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years (minimum experience preferred).
Basic understanding of edge banding machines and modular furniture work.
Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow safety and quality standards.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
