Skyfabricators is looking for a Production Engineer to manage and supervise production activities for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities.
Supervise fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling and assembly work.
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
Check quality of fabricated steel components.
Coordinate with design, purchase, stores and project teams.
Manage manpower and production resources effectively.
Maintain production records and reports.
Ensure safety procedures are followed on the shop floor.
Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in steel fabrication,
PEB or structural steel production preferred.
Valuable knowledge of fabrication drawings and shop-floor operations.
Knowledge of welding, cutting, drilling and steel fabrication processes.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in PEB manufacturing, structural steel fabrication or industrial shed manufacturing will be given preference.
