Designation: Client Service Manager

Job Profile & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills while interacting with clients and internal teams.
Conduct industry and market research to gain a deep understanding of clients’ business setting, challenges, and opportunities.
Maintain a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in communication, documentation, and execution.
Exhibit a agile, self-motivated, and positive approach to work with solid client orientation and sound business judgment.
Map client organizations, including key stakeholders and team structures, to manage relationships effectively.
Present Eggfirst credentials and capabilities, and strategically leverage them to build and grow client partnerships.
Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and commercials,



and obtain timely budgetary approvals from clients.
Work closely with design, planning, project management, and execution teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, approvals, estimates, and archives for reference and continuity.

Personal & Professional Skills:
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
