Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Wholesale Pharmacy Marketing Executive responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare-related business partners. The candidate will support business growth through effective market visits, client coordination, order generation, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with wholesale pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and generate orders.
Promote and communicate the company’s pharmacy products and services to prospective clients.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Follow up with existing and potential customers for orders, payments, and business requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, billing, and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales activities,



and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Prepare regular sales and market visit reports for management.
Ensure skilled representation of the organization in the market.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; preference may be given to candidates with a background in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Sales, or Marketing.
1–3 years of experience in wholesale pharmacy, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of local pharmacy and wholesale markets.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Willingness to travel for regular market visits.
