Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, explain our Digital Marketing and IT services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain company services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and IT services.
Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Schedule meetings or Google Meets with interested prospects.
Follow up regularly with potential clients.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams for smooth lead conversion.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication with clients.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.




Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Ability to handle client objections professionally.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.
