Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in the housing finance sector. The ideal candidate will possess solid Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage loan sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HL/LAP needs.
Promote and sell HL/LAP products to potential customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and assess competitor offerings.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application process.




Prepare and present proposals to clients and follow up to ensure successful closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan processing and approval procedures.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in housing finance sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and a driver's license.

Skills:
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Area Knowledge
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Candidates experienced in Home Loan or Loan Against Property only needs to apply.
Candidate should have field experience in any of the above mentioned locations.
Candidate should be willing for field work.
