Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media Executive who can independently manage day-to-day social media content.

This is not a role where you simply wait for content or ideas to be given to you. You should be able to think of content ideas yourself, create Reels yourself, use the required tools, follow trends and ensure daily posting.

Key Responsibilities
Create daily social media content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
Think of Reel ideas independently based on trends, audience interests, brand requirements and current events.
Write Reel concepts, hooks, scripts and captions yourself.
Shoot and edit Reels independently whenever required.
Create engaging short-form videos, Stories, posts and other social media creatives.
Research trending Reels, audio, formats, memes and content styles and adapt them for the brand.




Maintain a daily/weekly content calendar and ensure timely posting.
Handle end-to-end execution: Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Caption → Post.
Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Instagram/Meta Business Suite and other relevant content-creation tools.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI or similar tools to improve speed and creativity.
Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.
Track basic performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, shares and followers.
Analyse what content is working and continuously come up with better ideas.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform changes.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, quality and visual identity.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
